Machinery park

Snijlab’s machine park consists of eight laser cutting machines and two galvo engraving systems. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, with reliable quality embedded throughout our processes. We continuously invest in in-house R&D to improve performance, efficiency, and process reliability.

Our machines use CO₂ and RF laser technology. For series production, we operate a fully automated system capable of producing thousands of identical parts per day.

✔ Machine park: 700 m²
✔ Laser technology: CO₂ and RF
✔ Laser power: 90 – 300 watts
✔ Working area: up to 2500 × 1300 mm

4 x SPOTmini 2.0

  • Working area 1250 × 650 mm
  • Repeat accuracy < 0.1 mm
  • Laser source 90W CO₂
  • Feature Live AutoFocus

Front-loader laser cutter with a honeycomb bed. Live AutoFocus automatically adjusts the focus distance during cutting. This allows the SPOTmini to cut accurately even when sheets are warped, significantly reducing scrap and producing cleaner cuts.

The SPOTmini was developed and built in-house by Snijlab.

2 x SPOTmaxi

  • Working area 2500 × 1300 mm
  • Repeat accuracy < 0.1 mm
  • Laser source 300W CO₂
  • Features Live AutoFocus, precision drive system, optically optimized system

Flatbed laser cutter with a powerful 300W CO₂ laser source. Capable of cutting wood and plastics up to 50 mm thick, depending on the material.

Live AutoFocus adjusts the laser head height during cutting for cleaner edges. Precision drive using ball screw spindles improves dimensional accuracy on large formats. The optically optimized system maintains a consistent laser path length and kerf width across the entire working area.

autoSPOT

  • Working area 620 × 420 mm
  • Repeat accuracy ≤ 0.01 mm
  • Laser source 175W RF CO₂ laser (pulsed)
  • Features Automatic loading and unloading, laser without a support bed

Fully automated laser machine equipped with an RF laser with a peak power of 440W. Designed for efficient high-volume production.

Because this machine has no support bed, parts do not suffer from burn marks, significantly reducing post-processing time. Linear motors on the X and Y axes provide micrometer precision and high acceleration. This machine can produce thousands of parts per day.

This technology was developed in-house by Snijlab with R&D funding from the Dutch RVO.

AEON nova 14 super

  • Working area 1400 × 900 mm
  • Repeat accuracy ≤ 0.01 mm
  • Laser source 150W CO₂ + 60W RF CO₂ laser (dual source)

LionMatch

  • Working area 200 × 200 mm
  • Laser source 100W RF CO₂ laser
  • Galvo system (high-speed engraving up to 2000 mm/s)

Glavo

  • Working area 200 × 200 mm
  • Laser source 100W MOPA fiber laser
  • Galvo system (high-speed engraving up to 2000 mm/s)
