Can I also supply metals?
No, we do not process metal materials. For almost all applications, wood, acrylic, and technical plastics – such as POM and HDPE – are excellent alternatives. These materials offer comparable durability and precision in laser cutting or engraving.

Which file formats can I upload?

Vector files in formats such as .dwg, .dxf, .ai, and .pdf are supported. On our website, you will find clear guidelines for submitting files, so that your design is perfectly suited for production.

How fast can you deliver?

You choose your own delivery time: 1, 2, 4, or 13 business days, depending on complexity and order volume. Each delivery time has a corresponding price.
