CleanCut technique

With our CleanCut configuration, we work without a classic support bed. This means there are hardly any imprint or residue marks on the material, and post-processing is kept to a minimum. Thanks to extensive automation, we effortlessly process thousands of parts per day, resulting in a visibly cleaner finish.

DuoNozzle System

Normally, different nozzles are required for cutting and engraving. With our DuoNozzle solution, we combine both in a single operation: razor-sharp cut contours and neat engravings in one pass – without nozzle changes, extra mass, or unnecessary stops.

Dynamic AutoFocus

Sheet material is almost never exactly the same thickness everywhere. Our Dynamic AutoFocus continuously scans the distance to the material surface during the process and adjusts the focus immediately. This creates fine, even cut lines, sharp details, and less smoke residue.

OrdBase System

OrdBase directly links your online order to our production planning. Every part can be tracked at every stage – from order lines to machine position. This ensures your order proceeds through the process in a controlled and timely manner, even when it involves thousands of unique parts per day.
