Our CleanCut configuration works without a classic support bed. This results in hardly any impressions or residue marks, and post-processing is limited. Thanks to extensive automation, we can process large quantities of parts with a uniform, clean finish.

DuoNozzle System

With this configuration, we combine cutting and engraving in a single pass. No nozzle changes are required, which ensures a smoother process without unnecessary stops and consistent quality.

Dynamic AutoFocus

Because material is not exactly uniform in thickness everywhere, the machine continuously scans the distance to the surface. The focus is automatically adjusted, ensuring even cut lines, less smoke residue, and sharp details.

Frequently asked questions

Do you also process metals?

No. For most applications, wood, acrylic, and technical plastics such as POM and HDPE are excellent alternatives. These materials offer comparable durability and precision for engraving or laser cutting.

Which file formats can I upload?

Vector files in formats such as .dwg, .dxf, .ai, and .pdf are supported. On our website, you will find clear guidelines for submitting files, so your design is perfectly suited for production.

How fast can you deliver?

You choose a delivery time of 1, 2, 4, or 13 business days. The price depends on the speed and complexity of the design.
