Info about film
With laser cutting you create the smallest details, all according to your drawing. You draw, we cut it out in a foil of your choice. For example, you create stencils or signing, but also insulation layers and seals. Ordered online 24/7 and delivered quickly. PP, PETG, Acetate film, Mylar, etc.
The thinnest film for laser cutting. It is transparent and you can make small details in it.
We have this film in 100, 250 and 500 micron thicknesses
A strong film with a nice texture that makes it scratch resistant.
PP film is available in white and black at 0.8 and 1.2mm thickness.
Polyester film is transparent and strong so it is ideal for protective caps and goggles. It is also widely used in model making.
PETG is available in 0.6 mm thickness
PS is flexible and soft with a matte surface. Its advantage is that it is easy to glue and cut by hand.
PS can be laser cut in 0.5, 1 and 2 mm thicknesses
Thin POM sheets can also be thought of as foil. Pom is enormously strong and tough.
POM is available in 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm up to 8 mm
Not really a film, but very thin. Acrylic is hard and rigid and not that flexible. Still, it can be useful if you need an optically clear interlayer.
Precision acrylic we have in 0.5 mm thickness
This very thin layer sticks to almost all smooth surfaces. It is translucent and colorless. You can have it applied to many of our other materials to make them self-adhesive, or you can have it laser cut separately. The thickness (without protective films) is about 0.05mm.
