We have added a new thickness of black MDF to our material range. In addition to 3 mm, we now also have 6 mm thick MDF that is colored black through and through.
Black MDF is easy to laser cut, the edge turns black and is only slightly darker than the surface. This means that little post-processing is required and you can quickly achieve a neat result.
In 6 mm this material is even stronger. and it can be used for free-standing objects such as this dragon.
