Laser cutting is excellent for making very precise micro perforations.

The laser's high precision and very small cutting width allow you to create tiny holes in almost any sheet material. It offers advantages over mechanical perforation techniques by creating variations in hole size and spacing. This allows you to create compactions or patterns. Many materials are suitable for making microperforations using laser cutting.

We recommend 1 mm as the minimum diameter for the holes up to a material thickness of 3 mm.
