Micro perforations

Laser cutting is ideal for making very precise micro perforations.

Thanks to the high degree of precision and the very small cutting width of the laser, you can make tiny holes in almost any sheet material. It offers advantages over mechanical perforation techniques by creating variations in hole size and spacing. You can use this to create compactions or patterns. Many materials are suitable for making micro-perforations using laser cutting.

We recommend 1mm as the minimum diameter for the holes.
