Description

A commonly used and universally applicable type of wood. It is hard, strong, and has a distinct wood-look.

Properties
Because plywood is made up of cross-glued layers, it is strong in all directions and less prone to fractures than solid wood. However, all plywoods have a main grain direction in which the sheets are stiffer, this is standard along the long side of the sheet. This plywood is of B/B quality and has a glue suitable for laser cutting. The internal layers are almost knot-free. Birch is light in color and has visible but not overpowering grain patterns. Because it is a natural material, the appearance can vary from sheet to sheet.

Applications
Birch plywood is used for a wide range of applications, from keychains to furniture and from models to 3D printers.
