Micro perforations

Posted on

Laser cutting is an excellent option when it comes to creating very fine perforations. The high level of precision and the very narrow kerf width allow for making very small holes in most sheet materials. It offers advantages over mechanical perforation techniques for example by creating variations in hole width and distance. By doing so you can create custom patterns for example. Many materials are suitable for laser cut perforations. We advise a minimum hole width of 1 mm.
