Laser cutting of plywood is precise and fast. A laser cut in plywood is approx. 0.2mm and with that you make the sharpest corners and small details. 

Plywood is strong and has a beautiful natural appearance. The cross-glued layers make it strong in all directions. You can laser cut plywood from 0.5 mm thick to 12 mm thick.

Birch plywood is the strongest. At 750kg per cubic meter, it is also the heaviest of the three. Birch is perfect for furniture, panels and anything that needs to be strong. We cut it from 0.5mm to 9mm thickness

Lime plywood is the most economical choice. Linde is a little less hardy but still very strong. It weighs 600 kg/kuub. It is available in 2 mm, 3 mm and 6 mm thickness

Poplar plywood is suitable for making large objects. In fact, it is available up to 12 mm thick. Poplar plywood is very lightweight (390 kg/m³) but because it has many layers it is still very strong. It is also a fairly soft wood.

Poplar plywood is available in 6 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm thicknesses.

Note that the thickness of plywood can vary a bit. When designing for wood laser cutting you need to take this into account. You can do that, for example, by making tight fits only on lasered edges and not on the thickness of the sheet. Or by using spring-loaded joints.
